Perfect for when you feel under the weather, with antioxidant power & potent superfoods to help your immune system fight off the bad guys.
This recipe makes enough for 1 mug but you can triple the amounts and keep warm in a thermos or reheat.
- 1 tsp Olive leaf
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger grated
- 1 Cinnamon quill
- 2 tsp Elderberry syrup
- 15 – 20 drops organic echinacea tincture
- Juice half a lemon
- 300ml water
Add all ingredients except Elderberry syrup & lemon into a pan.
Gently simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow to cool a little.
Add the elderberry syrup and the juice of half a lemon.
Enjoy as hot as possible.
