Super Focus Matcha Chai Latte – Serves 1

The perfect start to the day if you want a little energy boost and greater focus.
Matcha Green Tea is bursting with antioxidants and a rare amino acid L-theanine, that has a calming effect on the mind whilst keeping you alert – ideal for a busy day when you have lots to do!

 

Ingredients

Matcha Green Tea powder* – ½ teaspoon
To keep you focused and alert yet calm

Organic Virgin Coconut Oil* – 1 teaspoon
Mind and energy boost

Focus Flower Essence Blend* – 4 drops
Helps to focus the mind when under pressure

Nutmeg* – ¼ teaspoon ground
Used in Ayurveda for focus and memory

Cardamom* – ¼ teaspoon ground
Promotes mental clarity

Oat milk – 300ml
With B vitamins for energy and stamina

Water – 100ml hot
Essential hydration

Maple syrup – 1 teaspoon
Natural mineral rich sweetener

 

Directions
1. In a small saucepan, whisk the Matcha Green Tea powder into the hot (not boiling) water

2. Add the oat milk, nutmeg and cardamom, warm slowly, making sure not to boil. Whisk periodically

3. When warm add the Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, maple syrup and Focus Flower Essence Blend then whisk vigorously to froth
