Easy Joint Oil

This delicious blend of oils and spices makes adding beneficial omega oils into your everyday diet easy!

The blend can be drizzled over a meal or simply used as a dip with bread or crudités for healthy, mobile joints.


Ingredients – Makes approx. 270g jar

Omega 3.6.9 Organic Oil Blend* – 25ml
Can help to reduce joint stiffness

Seasame oil – 20ml
Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for joint health

Maca powder* – 2 heaped teaspoons
Helps to increase energy and vitality

Turmeric dried herb* – 1/4 teaspoon
May help to reduce joint discomfort

Ginger powder dried herb* – 1/4 teaspoon
A spice used for its anti-inflammatory benefits

Cayenne pepper dried herb* – 1/4 teaspoon
A spice that may improve circulation

Garlic – 2 cloves
Rich in sulphur, it can help reduce inflammation

Black pepper, ground – a sprinkle
May help improve the benefits of turmeric

Himalayan pink salt, ground – a sprinkle
Mineral rich

Miso – 1/4 teaspoon
A fermented food that supports digestive health

Lemon juice – A generous squeeze
Helps to alkalise the system



  1. Crush the garlic into a paste
  2. Put all the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk thoroughly
  3. Drizzle 2-3 teaspoons over 1 meal daily
  4. Store in an old jam jar in the fridge for up to a week
  5. Shake well before use
